The responsibilities of the Technology Business Development Department is to:

• Create linkages with Stakeholders of both Private and Public Institutions on the developed technologies.
• Carry out Business Development (Feasibility Studies and Proposal Writing).
• Conduct Market and Marketing Research.
• Develop Investment strategies and exploration of investment opportunities available to the Institute.
• Generate feedback for the Institute as regards its product and services.
• Render consultancy and extension services.
